The adult rate includes access to the spa and a towel, a fee will apply for a second towel additional 15 lei .

Sunbeds are free - they can be occupied according to availability. There is no possibility their reservation.

Food and drinks from outside are strictly prohibited. The Spa Center is equipped with an area of Lounge & Bar, so we can offer you all the comfort you need during a session of SPA.

In the case of small children, it is mandatory to wear a wet diaper.

The Spa Center program is as follows: Monday: 12:00-21:30; Tuesday-Sunday: 10:00-21:30.

Accommodated customers have access to the spa center included in the price of accommodation, up to check out. , will receive a towel from the SPA center reception.

The prices displayed for access from MONDAY to FRIDAY are not valid on public holidays legal,

Rules & SPA Etiquette

  • **Prices displayed for access from Monday to Friday are not valid during legal, religious and other holidays (e.g. March 8, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter Holidays, etc.).
  • In these cases, the prices applied for access are those from Saturday to Sunday.
  • The Wellness & The Spa is open according to the following schedule
  • Indoor Area: 09:00 - 21:00 all year round.
  • Outdoor Area: During the summer months from July to the end of September (Monday - Sunday 09:00 - 21:00)

In order to ensure that all our clients have a satisfactory experience, we would like to inform you of certain general aspects: Please be aware of and comply with the internal regulations of the Wellness & Spa center, so that both you and the other guests can have complete relaxation.

  • It is necessary to maintain silence inside the spa.
  • Wearing slippers/spa-specific shoes is mandatory in the wet saunas.
  • the use of towels in dry saunas is mandatory.
  • after using the saunas it is recommended and advisable to use the shower areas.
  • sauna sessions should be pleasant and beneficial for both you and others. Try to be polite and not to disturb.

SPA reservation cancellation policy

  • Reservations for which a valid credit/debit card details are not provided, which have not been paid in advance or for which a deposit has not been made in advance are considered by the SPA center as unguaranteed reservations.
  • If you are unable to guarantee the reservation with a credit/debit card, please contact us.
  • The cancellation deadline for a reservation, without incurring any penalties, is 48 hours before the scheduled arrival at the SPA center. The amount initially charged is refunded within a maximum of 14 days.
  • For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival at the SPA center, we can offer you a maximum of one rescheduling, but the amount initially charged will not be refunded.
  • For cancellations made between 0 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival at the SPA center, the amount initially charged will not be refunded.
